I had the pleasure of going to Magdalena Saint-Louis, O.D. in October for the first time . I had had a bad experience at another Optometrist and I didn’t feel I got a good exam. My insurance company told me about Real Vision Center and suggested I go there. I got a thorough exam and left that day with contacts that gave me very good vision. At the end of December I woke up having blurry vision and one eye my primary care physician suggested I go see my optometrist since I could not get an appointment with an ophthalmologist for two months. I came to see Dr. Saint-Louis and she told me I needed to go to the Bascon Palmer emergency room right away. I left her office with three diagnosis that were dangerous, and I could lose my eyesight permanently. not only was she 100% correct on my diagnosis but every doctor I saw that day were so impressed that she found it and diagnosed it correctly ,Because it’s not something optometrist do. I ended up being diagnosed with mild glaucoma, with high pressure in my eye, which she diagnosed at that visit. I do believe she saved my sight because I don’t know what would’ve happened had I waited to get in with the doctor two months later. I am for ever greatful to Dr. Saint-Louis and Deidre her assistant for their professionalism, efficiency, and compassion. I highy recommend them !
